<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both a communication quality of a macro mobile station and a communication quality of a femto mobile station to be maintained even in an extreme situation where the macro mobile station exists in the vicinity of a femtocell base station, in an operating configuration in which a macro base station and the femtocell base station use the same frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 1 includes a wireless communication section 10 and a wireless resource allocation section 11. The wireless communication section 10 performs first wireless communication with at least one femto mobile station 2-1. The wireless resource allocation section 11 allocates a wireless resource including a wireless frequency to the first wireless communication. Further, when proximity to a macro mobile station 2-2 that performs wireless communication with a peripheral macro base station 3 is estimated, the wireless resource allocation section 11 determines a wireless frequency to be allocated to the first wireless communication from a second frequency band FB2 restricted to a part of a first frequency band FB1 that was allocatable to the first wireless communication before the proximity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
