Regulator unit for heating and/or cooling circuits

The unit (1) has hydraulic and electrical interfaces for connection to heating, cooling and power supply networks. A regulator valve (2) is designed for ensuring sequence control of heating and cooling circuits based on room-heating or cooling loads. The heating and cooling circuits are switched on or switched off in prioritized manner based on respective levels of a difference between target and actual values of a spatial temperature. The valve includes a switching device (4) i.e. time switch, for switching on and switching off a pump (3).
