<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-drum paper-ejection type image forming apparatus capable of preventing jamming caused by the collision of an ejected recording paper sheet on user's hand when the user touches near the ejection port. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus 1 including an image reading part 4, an image forming part 5, and the ejection part 7 arranged between the image reading part 4 and the image forming part 5, equipped with a paper ejection cavity 6 which communicates with the paper ejection port 40 for ejecting the recording paper on which the image is already formed, a preventing means 50 for preventing the entrance of an object which interrupts the ejection of the recording paper P with the formed image from the opening part on the front side F of the apparatus body to the vicinity of the paper ejection port 40 is arranged in the opening part on the front side F of the apparatus main body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
