This present invention is directed to a maternity support pillow for supporting a pregnant woman or user having an enlarged abdomen so as to allow her to rest on her stomach in a prone position. The pillow includes a support cushion having a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion has a hole for the placement and support of an enlarged abdomen.
