<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of reclaimed concrete made from waste concrete increasingly produced in recent years by the demolition of buildings or the like by using a concrete production process within the scope of conventional technologies without requiring special equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Vibration is given to the raw material for a specific period of time during its mixing process in a mixer to peel off the old powder attached on the surface of reclaimed aggregate.
