PURPOSE: A commercial power slow charging device for electric vehicles is provided to maintain fixed link voltage using an LLC(Logical Link Control) resonant converter, thereby providing a wide output range. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(100) outputs rectified voltage by rectifying the full-wave of a commercial AC power source. An LLC(Logical Link Control) resonant converter(200) outputs voltage-dropped DC link voltage by receiving the rectified voltage. The LLC resonant converter is operated with a fixed frequency and a fixed duty ratio. A boost converter(300) outputs charging voltage corresponding to a battery load by increasing the DC link voltage. A rectification flattening part(400) rectifies output of the boost converter.
