PURPOSE: A beam structure for RC structure top-down construction method, a combining device of a vertical steel member, an exclusive support frame and a construction method using the same are provided to stably support the load of a beam structure and slab. CONSTITUTION: A beam structure for RC structure top-down construction method is composed A retaining wall body is constructed. A vertical steel member for an interior column is constructed in the retaining wall body. A beam structure interlinking the retaining wall body and the vertical steel member is established. A deck plate is established on the upper ends of the beam structure. The interlayer structure concrete is poured and cured in the dock plate. The inside of the retaining wall body is excavated at a fixed depth. A permanent beam form is mounted in order to connect the retaining wall body and the vertical steel member. The deck plate is mounted on upper both ends of a permanent beam mold. The permanent beam mold is supported with the supporting unit.
