A reciprocal lever mechanism for a pedalled device, the lever comprising a couple of gears, where the first gear is rotated in opposite direction the second gear and the first gear has a pivot point different from the pivot point of the second gear; a first protrusion connected to the first gear and a second protrusion connected to the second gear; a first lever with at least a couple of grooves, where a first groove, which is in close proximity a first end portion of the first lever, has a length higher than its width, where the first protrusion moves through part of the first groove during the rotation of the gear couple, and where a second groove in close proximity a second end portion of the first lever has a size similar to that of the second protrusion that is connected to the second gear, so that the second protrusion being attached to the second groove. When the first protrusion is moved through part of said groove, an end portion of the first lever may form a substantially el liptical shape. The pedal is attached in a point close to the first end portion of the first lever.
