PURPOSE: An airless clamp device of a car body assembling apparatus are provided to fix panels through the operation of a lever device and a spring device interlocked to a robot hanger of a robot, thereby removing the need for fuel and air supply devices for driving a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An airless clamp device of a car body assembling apparatus comprises a lever(13), a hook member(18), a spring(20), a robot hanger roller, and a location setting pin(22). The lever, which is installed on a post(10) of a jig apparatus, is supported by a hinge pin(11) on the rear side thereof and coupled to the robot hanger of the robot to be folded up and down. The hook member makes the panel clamped or unclamped by moving due to turnover movement of the lever. The spring let the hook member maintain the clamping state. The robot hanger roller is installed in the robot hanger to make the lever lowered when loading a panel. The location setting pin controls the panel's location.
