<p>PURPOSE: LED controller with a de-flicker function, an LED de-flicker circuit, and an LED de-flicker method are provided to solve an LED flicker problem by using hysteresis determination. CONSTITUTION: A duty ratio computing circuit(110) computes a duty ratio which generates a duty input signal. An LED de-flicker circuit(120) generates a duty output signal. The LED de-flicker circuit receives the duty input signal. The LED de-flicker circuit comprises a latch circuit which is enabled by a judgment signal. A dimming circuit(11) generates a dimming signal for controlling an LED circuit(4).</p> |
