摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a Cu-Ni fine copper clad laminate material using a fine copper clad laminate manufacturing system is provided to enable a basic material to be uniformly unwound and prevent damage to the basic material since the position of edge is adjusted at the initial setting time of the basic material or during a bonding process. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a Cu-Ni fine copper clad laminate material using a fine copper clad laminate manufacturing system comprises next steps. A copper material and a nickel material are bonded using a fine copper clad laminate manufacturing system. The manufacturing system comprises a housing(11), at least one pump, an unwinder(31), a plasma processing unit(50), a low-pressure milling unit(60), a winder(39), and an edge position control unit(80). The housing forms first and second chambers, and a connecting path. The unwinder fixes the copper material and the nickel material and can sequentially unwind the two materials.
