A method for oral tolerance stimulation in mammals to lactic serum proteins involves enteral introduction of glycolised forms of lactic serum proteins to a mammal. The infant formula contains glycolised lactic serum proteins. The infant formula for oral tolerance stimulation to non-glycolised proteins involves glycolised forms of lactic serum proteins.
