Under cantilevers of the slab above the basement and the external blind area there is a compensating cushion provided from non-heaving material made from a combination of pellets of heat-frost-acid-alkali-resistant rubber with size of 5-25 mm, gaps between which are filled with coarse sand. ^ EFFECT: lower heat losses of the building, prevention of soil freezing near basement cantilevers, higher resistance and operational properties of the building design elements. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
