The device (3) has a support unit (13) arranged at an end of a manually-grippable rod (9) to support a mini billiard-cue (5). The support unit comprises two opposed surfaces (21) supported on both sides of the billiard-cue to slidably guide the billiard-cue during execution of a shot. The support unit defines an opening forming a viewer for an eye of a player relatively to an end of the billiard-cue facing a ball to be struck.
