<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide men's underwear facilitating urine excretion with which a wearer rapidly passes urine. <P>SOLUTION: The men's underwear such as a girdle 1 includes a putting/taking in/out part 20 through which the genital organ is put in or taken out. The putting/taking in/out part 20 is provided with an opening/closing part 30 where an open state for taking out the genital organ and a closed state for shading the genital organ can be changed over by the operation of a fastener mechanism 31.
