DEWATERING VESSEL FOR WATER GRANULATION TREATMENT AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING WATER GRANULATION EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dewatering vessel for water granulation treatment where the height of water-granulated slag is detected exactly with simple constitution and without being influenced by water; the timing of the starting of draining and the timing of the stopping of supplying the water-granulated slag are controlled easily and surely; the flowing out of the water-granulated slag and the like from a dewatering screen when draining, the clogging of the dewatering screen and the mixing of the water-granulated slag and the like in overflowing water are prevented; cleaned water is circulated and effectively utilized; and resource conservation properties based on reducing a used amount of water and maintainability are excellent.

SOLUTION: The dewatering vessel for the water granulation treatment includes: a dewatering vessel body; the discharging part of the water-granulated slag located at the bottom of the dewatering vessel body; the dewatering screen located at the lower end side of the dewatering vessel body; a dewatering room connected to the dewatering vessel body via the dewatering screen; a draining pipe linked to the dewatering room and having a draining valve; an overflowing pipe connected to the upper end side of the dewatering vessel body; and a plurality of level sensors located in the height direction of the peripheral wall of the dewatering vessel body and detecting the height of the piled water-granulated slag by the difference of specific gravity between the water-granulated slag and water.
