<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comprehension of a detecting function for an abnormal shade pick on a medical image processor and program. <P>SOLUTION: The medical image processor displays a sample image for a CAD processing (Step S22), and a CAD mark is displayed on a position of the abnormal shade pick on the sample image (Step S24). When operations to search similar cases are done (Step S27; YES), processing for searching the similar cases (Step S28) is done. Specifically, the position of the abnormal shade pick corresponding to the sample image, information on authenticity of the CAD mark, and the medical images that correspond to comments on the CAD mark are selected from a teaching file DB, and a predetermined number of medical images are selected from the selected medical images based on an amount of image feature of the sample image and that of the selected medical image in order of higher similarity.
