<p>Disclosed is a buffer device wherein, when a load is applied to a tip portion (20c) of a piston cylinder (20), to push the piston cylinder, the piston cylinder (20) is moved in the direction of an arrow B with respect to a case (14). In this respect, a jaw portion (34) of a piston rod (24) abuts against a rod stopper abutment portion (14E) of the case (14), and then, the movement of the piston rod (24) is stopped, and the piston cylinder (20) moves in the compression direction with respect to the piston rod (24). On the other hand, when a load is applied to a tip portion (36c) of a slider (36), to push the slider, the piston rod (24) is moved in the direction of an arrow A with respect to the case (14). In this respect, a stepped portion (30) of a piston cylinder (20) abuts against a cylinder stopper abutment portion (14D) of the case (14), and then, the movement of the piston cylinder (20) is stopped, and the piston rod (24) moves in the compression direction with respect to the piston cylinder (20).</p> |
