<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type cold/warm water cooling/heating device preventing dew formation during cooling operation. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump type cold/warm water cooling/heating device includes: a heat exchange unit B having a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 2 exchanging heat between a refrigerant of a heat pump cycle 39 for heating and cooling the refrigerant with water to obtain high temperature water or cold water; a circulation circuit 38 circulating hot water with the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 2; a heating terminal 23 and a cooling terminal 22 heating and cooling an indoor side; a boiling pump 9 sending hot water within the heat exchange unit B to the heating terminal 23 and the cooling terminal 22 via the circulation circuit 38; an exterior 37 blocking inside of the heat exchange unit B and outside air; a heat exchange exterior thermistor 28 sensing the surface temperature of the exterior 37; and a heater 29 provided within the heat exchange unit B and increasing inner atmospheric temperature. In a case where a refrigerant cooled by the heat pump cycle 39 is sent to the heat exchange unit B and cold air is sent to the cooling terminal 22 to cool the indoor side, when dew formation is generated due to decline to dew-point temperature, electric current is supplied to the heater 29 so as to prevent dew formation on the exterior 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
