<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering edible oil which facilitates filtration of used edible oil, and efficiently recovers the edible oil. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for recovering edible oil includes a filtration tank 12 for filtering out impurities from edible oil used in a deep-fry tank 11, under the deep-fry tank 11 containing the edible oil; the filtration tank 12 has a predetermined amount of filtrate water therein; the deep-fry tank 11 has an oil draining tube 15 for supplying used edible oil to the filtration water, at the lower part thereof; and the used edible oil at high temperature is supplied under the filtration water through the oil draining tube 14. The amount of filtration water in the filtration tank 12 is adjusted to send the edible oil recovered in the filtration tank 12 to an oil storing tank 13 through a transfer tube 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
