<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of degradation in controllability of soft switching which is caused by a time lag between the switching command of on-state for a main switch Sm and actual switching of the switching state, in the case when switching to the on-state is performed as soft switching by controlling a time lag in switching timing to the on-state of the main switch Sm relative to a reference timing. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply 88 is connected to a gate of a main switch Sm through a common resistor 96, a charging inductor 94, a charging resistor 92, and a charging switch element 90. A capacitor 110 is connected between the gate of the main switch Sm and an emitter. In order to reduce an error of the time lag, the inductance of the charging inductor 94 and the electrostatic capacitance of the capacitor 110 are adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
