FERMENTED GREEN TEA USING DEEP SEA WATER AND THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Fermentation tea using deep sea water, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the abundant amount of minerals of the deep sea water for improving the quality of the fermented tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermentation tea using deep sea water comprises the following steps: air-drying green tea leaves obtained from a green tea garden; heating a steaming container filled with the deep sea water and located under a supporting net, and layering the green tea leaves on the supporting net for steaming; crushing the steamed green tea leaves, and compressing the crushed green tea leaves for molding; and naturally drying the molded green tea leaves. The deep sea water or edible water is sprayed to the green tea leaves during the compressing process.
