<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for performing publishing and display control of a stock issuance source banner or a stockholder banner on a Web page by enabling site stocks relating to a Website with sales results of an advertising banner to be sold/bought or held on the system while defining the Website itself of a blog or the like publishing the advertising banner for obtaining new income source effectively utilizing the Website as an evaluation target of the site stocks relating to the present invention. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system for managing selling/buying of site stocks representing evaluations to a Website, in which tag information that can be displayed on the Website on the Internet is generated and on the basis of the tag information, virtual securitization is performed while defining the Website as a target of site stocks.
