<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a thread of reinforced cloth is loosened by rotation of a rotary seal to cause a fault of seal impression and fractures of a print belt. <P>SOLUTION: An endless print belt for rotary stamp includes: a printing element comprising porous rubber with continuous bubbles, non-porous rubber, or laminated and integrated one of porous rubber with continuous bubbles and non-porous rubber; and the printing element reinforced at the backside with the reinforced cloth 2. In the endless print belt for rotary stamp, warp or weft of the reinforced cloth 2 are arranges so as to cross to a side end 11 of the printing element. Since the warp or the weft of the reinforced cloth 2 are arranges so as to cross to the side end 11 of the printing element, the thread is not loosened even if the rotary seal is revolved by using.
