PURPOSE: A device for managing a remote user interface, a method thereof, and a system thereof are provided to inform an RUIC of update of an RUI list in an RUIS, thereby enabling the RUIC to use the updated RUI list. CONSTITUTION: An RUIS(Remote User Interface Server) transmits an update message showing update of an RUI list including an RUI(601). If updated RUI list information is requested, the RUIS transmits updated RUI list information. The update of the RUI list is recognized by an update message received from the RUIS, an RUIC(Remote User Interface Client) requests the RUIS about updated RUI list information(609). The RUIC updates existing RUI list information by the updated RUI list information received from the RUIS(611).
