To enable easy collection, reuse, and repair of semiconductor devices in a semiconductor module having spherical semiconductor devices for light reception or light emission. In a semiconductor module (60), two separate modules (61) are provided in series in a housing (62). Each separate module (61) is composed of solar cells (10) arranged in a matrix of rows and columns and a conductive connection mechanism connecting the columns and rows of the solar cells (10) in series and in parallel, respectively. Solar cells (10) and the conductive connection mechanism are molded together with synthetic resin, with a connection conductor (67) projecting on an end. A conductive wavy spring (70) and an external terminal (76) are provided on an end of the housing (62). The serial connection between the two separate modules (61) is secured by the mechanical pressing force of the conductive wavy spring (70). |
