<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device capable of efficiently removing paper power mixed in the chemical when cyclically using the chemical, stabilizing the viscosity of application liquid, and suppressing variability of the amount of application in manufacturing chemical contained tissue paper. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment performs application on a tissue paper sheet S2 traveling between an impression cylinder 65B and a plate cylinder 64A in a flexo printing method or gravure printing method while applying the chemical on the plate cylinder 64A in a flexo printing method or gravure printing method. The equipment is provided a press plate cleaner 100 opposing to the plate cylinder 64A and having a cleaning head without touching the plate cylinder 64A, and removes the paper powder attached to the plate cylinder by spraying high-pressure fluid, and sucking the paper powder separated from a printing surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
