PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecule-introducing device having an excellent operation performance and not giving a damage, etc., to cells. SOLUTION: A liquid supplied from a liquid-injecting device 4 is charged in a chamber 18. Pulse laser light hνintroduced from a laser device 2 is guided with an optical fiber cable 12, gathered with a light-gathering lens 30, and focused at a breakdown position in the liquid. The energy of the laser hνinduces impact waves due to a breakdown phenomenon in the liquid, and is propagated to outer cells and a molecule to be introduced through the liquid and the sound-propagating member 56. The molecule is introduced into the cell with the impact waves.
