<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag conveying device that effectively prevents a hole from being created by friction at a part where slag falls in a conveying process. <P>SOLUTION: In a high temperature slag processing apparatus configured to perform a first cooling to high temperature slag and then a second cooling to the high temperature slag while being transferred through a cooling device, a slag conveying device includes: a conveyor 16 for conveying the slag discharged out of an outlet of the cooling device; and a discharge port shoot 17 for discharging the slag from the conveyor 16.
