PURPOSE: A device for measuring residual stress is provided to measure the residual stress of a steel pipe regardless of the shape of a piece. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring residual stress comprises a steel pipe fixing member(100), a perforation part(200), a Z-axis moving part(300) and an X-axis moving part(400). A steel pipe(P) for measuring the residual stress is fixed on the steel pipe fixing member. A drill(207) for punching is combined with a perforation part at outside or inside of the steel pipe. One end of the perforation part is combined on the Z-axis moving part. The X-axis moving part is installed in the lower part of the steel pipe fixing member. The X-axis moving part transfers the steel pipe fixing member in an X-axis direction.
