PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a decorating cover for connecting posts for a streetlamp is provided to remove a manual assembling work for a decorating cover for a streetlamp. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a decorating cover for connecting posts for a streetlamp comprises next steps. A cover manufacturing pipe(111) of a cover forming unit(110) is arranged between a first molding unit(120) and a second molding unit(130). A first mold(123), a second mold(124), a third mold(133), and a fourth mold(134) make contact with the outer circumferential surface of the cover manufacturing pipe. High-pressure molding liquid is supplied to the cover forming pipe(113) and the molding liquid is injected to the inner circumferential surface of the cover manufacturing pipe.
