<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of flooding in a network. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission device 10 for transmitting a frame on a network includes: multiple second ports p2-1 to p2-n connected to another transmission device in the network so as to transmit/receive the frame; a third port p3 connected to a destination management device; a storage part 11 for storing an address entry which indicates the correspondence between the second port, which receives the frame among the multiple second ports p2-1 to p2-n, and a transmission source address included in the frame received by the second port; and a transmission control part 12 for transmitting the frame received by any one of the multiple second ports p2-1 to p2-n only to the third port p3 when the address entry concerning the transmission source address included in the frame received by any one of the multiple second ports p2-1 to p2-n is not stored in the storage part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
