<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which is superior in heat radiation and can emit light uniformly and a lighting fixture. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device being a body 11 of an electric bulb 1 is provided with a housing 2 which is constructed of a cylindrical body having a lower end opening 22 with the lower end open, a support body 5 which is fixed to the inner circumference part 214 of the housing 2, has a cylindrical shape along the circumference direction, and has a portion constructed of a metal material, and a plurality of light-emitting devices 4 having light-emitting diode elements which are arranged along the circumference direction at the inner circumference part 55 of the support body 5 and emit the light L toward the center axis 57 of the support body 5.
