<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly provide adequate information complied with an intention or taste of a user according to a topic. <P>SOLUTION: Phrases being stored in key word storage means 710 are extracted by extraction means 720 from the phrases that the user utters and sent to topic phrase group generating means 730, taste list generating means 740, enlarged taste list generating means 750 and presentation means 790. In the topic phrase group generating means 730, the topic phrase group is formed when the extracted phrase is either one among an intention key word, an objective key word and an attribute key word. Retrieval means 770 performs a retrieval process of topic related information when the objective key word of the topic phrase group is specified and also performs the retrieval process of the topic related information when the attribute key word is added and updated.
