<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and an environmental load in an outer wall panel constituting a casing of an air conditioner and an outer wall panel structure including two outer wall panels which are vertically joined to each other. <P>SOLUTION: A first panel (40) includes an outer panel (33), an inner plate (34) confronting the outer panel (33), and a heat insulating layer (32) formed of a heat insulating material filled between the outer plate (33) and the inner plate (34). A frame shaped spacer member (35) formed of a foam body, and having an outer abutting surface (35a) abutted to an outer end of the outer plate (33) and an inner abutting surface (35b) abutted to an outer end of the inner plate (34), and fastened between the outer end of the outer plate (33) and the outer end of the inner plate (34) so as to form a gap (36) between the outer end of the outer plate (33) and the outer end of the inner plate (34) is provided on the first panel (40). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
