PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for achieving satisfactory exposure while stabilizing a spot size and alleviating the anisotropy of a spot regardless of a focus position.

SOLUTION: The exposure head includes: a luminance element emitting light; and an optical system where an optical magnification that is overlapped on an exposed surface is different from "1", and that generates a first spot whose diameter is different according to a diameter direction and that has a long side in a first direction and a second spot whose diameter is different according to a diameter direction and that has a long side with the length equal to or almost equal to the long side of the first spot in a second direction not in the first direction from light emitted from the luminance element.
