<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board inspection device capable of accurately confirming an operation of an electrical discharge detection unit that detects generation of electrical discharge. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit board inspection device comprises: a control unit 8 configured to measure a resistance value of a circuit board 100 based on a physical quantity generated when an inspection signal Ve is supplied to the circuit board 100 through probes 200, 200; an electrical discharge detection unit 5 configured to detect generation of electrical discharge associated with the supply of the inspection signal Ve to the circuit board 100; a load circuit 6 to be used for confirming measurement accuracy of resistance value by the control unit 8; and a switch circuit 7 configured to connect the load circuit 6 and the probes 200, 200. In a state where the inspection signal Ve is supplied to the probes 200, 200, the control unit 8 executes processing of operation confirmation of the electrical discharge detection unit 5, utilizing pseudo electrical discharge generated when the load circuit 6 and the probes 200, 200 are connected by the switch circuit 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
