<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processing device and an image signal processing method capable of reducing occurrence of crosstalk in a multiview system. <P>SOLUTION: An image signal processing device according to an embodiment includes storage means, setting means, and output means. The storage means stores image signals of at least three different images in frame units. The setting means sets an order of the image signals to be output from the storage means.
