<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a ceramic product in a short delivery period. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic product includes steps of: machining of a ceramic green-compact preliminarily stocked to obtain a machined ceramic green-compact; and baking the machined ceramic green-compact to obtain a sintered ceramic compact. The ceramic green-compact has a ratio of bending strength of a wet body to that of a dried body of 0.6-1.3, and is obtained through a molding process including steps of: injecting a slurry containing a ceramic powder dispersed therein into a molding die with a bottom portion which is formed of a water-absorbing material; and depositing the ceramic powder while absorbing water by the water-absorbing material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
