PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of purifying a Endocladiaceae extract to prevent the occurrence of fungi and the coloration.

SOLUTION: The method of purifying the Endocladiaceae extract includes: adding a powdered activated carbon to an Endocladiaceae solution containing the Endocladiaceae extract; stirring the resultant solution for 30 to 180 seconds; and sucking and leaching the solution under reduced pressure.
