<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material excellent in vibration resistance and shock resistance which is used as a container or exterior material of a secondary battery, and to provide a secondary battery container using it. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated material includes a film (A) comprising polyethylene terephthalate, polynaphthalene terephthalate or polylactic acid, a nylon 6 film (B), an aluminum foil (C), and a polypropylene film (D), which are laminated in that order.
