<p>A tower assembly transmission numerical controlled oil extractor comprising: a main tower frame (1), a power system, a transmission system, a control system, a counterweight box (2), a weight traction cable (3), a sheave (4), a driving cable (5), and a cable hanger (6). The control system is connected with the power system; the control system controls the commutation position and the rotational speed of the power system; the power system is transmissively connected to the sheave via the transmission system; the sheave is fixedly installed on a sheave axle (16); the two ends of the sheave axle are installed on a sheave supporting device; the two ends of the sheave axle respectively protrude a tapered roller bearing (18) and are installed in two rollers (19); the two rollers are arranged on a rolling plane (22) of the sheave supporting device; the two ends of the rolling plane are respectively provided with limiting plates (23); the rolling plane is also provided thereon with a positioning block (24) to fix the rollers. The oil extractor has the advantages of a simple structure, and easy movement of the sheave for well repairs.</p> |
