<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user to whom an undesired present is given from being incurred in a present exchange performed within a group consisting of a plurality of users. <P>SOLUTION: In a present exchange support apparatus 10, destination information of a plurality of users included in a group is acquired, a gift destination user to whom a user gives a present is set at the group for each user without overlap, and destination information of the gift destination user set for the user is notified for each user. Order information of an article to which the notified destination information is set is acquired for each user, information on the article relating to the order information acquired for the user is notified for each user on the basis of the destination information to which the order information is set, and approval information indicating whether to approve receipt of the notified article is acquired from each user to whom the information on the article is notified.
