摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device of an internal combustion engine that maintains a temperature inside a combustion chamber at a suitable temperature by further appropriately performing divided fuel injections, and can prevent worsening of an exhaust characteristic and a combustion noise. <P>SOLUTION: An estimated combustion temperature TME that is an estimated value of the temperature inside the combustion chamber when a main injection is performed is calculated (S13). When the estimated combustion temperature TME exceeds a predetermined temperature TMTGT, the main injection is divided into two or more fuel injections, and a fuel injection amount QIM (j) and a fuel injection timing CAIM (j) of each divided fuel injection are calculated based on a temperature difference DTME between a maximum combustion temperature TMEMAX and the predetermined temperature TMTGT so that the estimated combustion temperature TME does not exceed the predetermined temperature TMTGT (S15 to S17). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
