<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of indicating a direction of a front wheel at a low cost without using electricity when a driver turns a steering wheel to put a car in the garage and cannot identify the direction of the front wheel. <P>SOLUTION: A case similar to a panel-mounted electric meter includes a bearing frame 5 for supporting four gears 1, 2, 3, and 4 and a spindle. The case is embedded in the center of a steering wheel. The shaft of the gear 1 is fastened to the case by a nut 7. Therefore, the gear 1 rotates at the same angle as the steering wheel. On the other hand, the bearing frame maintains a vertical state by the spindle 6. Therefore, rotation is decelerated to 1, 2, and 3, and is transmitted to an indicator needle 8 attached to a shaft (pipe) 9 of the gear 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
