<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oxide of molten aluminum attached to an inner surface of a duct during stoppage of the molten aluminum from being peeled from the inner surface of the duct after supply of the molten aluminum starts, and floating in the molten aluminum as a block piece by a simple facility and method. <P>SOLUTION: When the molten aluminum is supplied to a conveying destination through the duct 1, a heating duct 1 is heated at a temperature higher than a melting point of the molten aluminum by a heater 9 so that the molten aluminum in the duct 1 can maintain a molten state. During stoppage of feed where the molten aluminum is not supplied, an inside of the duct 1 is kept at a temperature not higher than the melting point of the molten aluminum and a temperature at which the oxide of the molten aluminum attached to the inner surface of the duct is not peeled. Specifically, the inside of the duct 1 is kept at a temperature not higher than the melting point of the molten aluminum and at a temperature of 250°C or higher during the stoppage of feed where the molten aluminum is not supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
