The mobile communication device is mounted on a vehicle, and provided with: a receiving unit that receives distributed caches, which are data obtained by dividing information; a distributed cache restoration unit that restores the distributed caches to the original information; a data division unit that divides information and creates distributed caches; and a transmission unit that transmits the distributed caches.
