<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission characteristics by restraining the inter-cell interference in an ascending line. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless base station connected to multiple antennas within its own cells provided within its own cells and antennas within adjacent cells provided around the border between its own cells and the adjacent cells estimates a channel using a reference signal for an ascending line received from a user terminal in its own cells by the antennas within its own cells and the antennas within the adjacent cells, converts the estimated channel response into a frequency region, calculates the channel gain for every frequency or every frequency block corresponding to each of the antennas within its own cells and of the antennas within the adjacent cells based on the channel response of the frequency region, ranks the antennas within its own cells and the antennas within the adjacent cells in the descending order of the channel gain, and sets the antennas of the prescribed number which are ranked high to a receiving antenna set for receiving signals from the user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
