<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method easily and surely exfoliating selenium films of rejected products produced in a manufacturing process of electrophotographic photoreceptors and used products recovered from markets, vapor-depositing selenium on a recycled conductive support again after the exfoliation and getting usable as a product. <P>SOLUTION: This recycling method of conductive supports constituted by forming a selenium film on the surface includes: a crack formation step for heating the conductive support to form cracks on the selenium film; a selenium film exfoliation step for applying laser beams to the selenium film formed with cracks to exfoliate the selenium film; and a selenium film dissolution step for dipping the conductive support from which the selenium film is exfoliated, into a concentrated nitric acid solution and dissolving and removing part of the selenium film remaining on the surface of the conductive support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
