The invention is about improvements in the special safety ring and the welding apparatus used - during the joining/welding of multi-layered pipes to the fittings - in the joining/welding of multi-layered, pressure- and corrosion-resistant plastic pipes that have minimized oxygen permeability and thermal expansion, with inner and outer layer made of plastic material and the middle layer made of aluminum foil, with fittings without any additional processes, in order to prevent the fluid transferred through the pipe entering between the plastic and aluminum layers during the welding/joining process.
